Blake is the Member of Parliament for Mid Bedfordshire and the Central Bedfordshire Councillor representing the villages of Gravenhurst and Shillington, with a background in ethics and compliance in the City of London.
He is committed to supporting rural communities, high‑quality education, and environmental stewardship.
Since entering Parliament, he has taken on roles across several APPGs and Select Committees, including the Environmental Audit Committee and Public Accounts Committee.
Blake is active in local campaigns, backing major projects such as the Universal theme park and improved rail accessibility, and has also introduced the Planning (Flooding) Bill to support communities in Mid Bedfordshire that have suffered widespread flooding in recent years.
